Rooms in an auberge or a gîte, located in the village where classes and activities take place. Rooms are reserved from Sunday evening through Saturday morning. Charm, comfort and tranquillity guaranteed.

2 hours of conversational French, Monday through Friday mornings (10 hours total)
3 hours of workshops, in French, Monday through Friday (15 hours total)
Activities:
Ateliers d’écriture : creative writing workshops with a native speaker certified for writing workshops in French. Mistakes are welcome, laughter assured. There's a lot of spoken French that takes place during these workshops. You listen, talk, then write, after which you share orally what you’ve written. The writing workshops help you develop all facets of communication. Guaranteed non-stressful atmosphere.
Initiation au vin : wine workshop with a certified wine expert.
Initiation aux produits du terroir : learn about local production of honey, cheeses, and other products, with certified small producers. Slow food!
Cuisine traditionnelle : Cooking in French : includes planning a traditional dish, shopping for ingredients at local markets, preparing the dish -- all in French, of course. In collaboration with locals.
Meals
All meals are included in the price of your immersion week: breakfast Monday-Saturday / lunch Monday-Friday / dinner Monday-Friday. Two dinners at restaurants; three dinners prepared together with program participants and leaders, in French of course. Local wines included with all dinners.
